I have decided to start walking and watch what I eat. I have walked everyday and today I even walked 3 miles. I know that it sounds funny but as I am walking I invision pushing a stroller. Atleast it keeps me motivated.

i have been taking 2tabs of hyponid twice a day for the past seven months. but i took the tabs immediately after food as my doctor didnt specified the time.the scan report still says polycystic. is it bcoz of the wrong timing of having hyponid that my situation didnt improved? my gyn is suggesting an ovarian drilling and an iui thereafter.i dont want to undergo a laparoscopy. so if i take hyponid in the correct manner will i conceive?? how long should i take it again

I accomplished alot more than yesterday (which was one of those "bad" days where my hormones r all wacked)..

Just ATTEMPTING to take it one day at a time but I find my self thinking, worrying, doing, investing myself into other things than my "health" so that I won't let it get to me.. Another day dragging on

i dont know if im the only one who feel like i have lost a child and wasnt for sure i was pregnant. well this has happend to me 2x and i feel like i am pregnant i get all the symptoms but when i take a text its neg. well sometime i know it may take longer in some people fro the hormone to show up so id wait a another 2 weeks and at this time im sure that it would be showing up so when its neg. im so sad cause i was hoping for the positive and for a day or so i think well what if i was pregnant...
