So I have been going on this diet, and my achene wasn't that bad, but now that I have been cutting out all the sugar and stuff my skin is going crazy!!! Does anyone know why this might be????

I have begin to realize I am really clueless to what this drug is supposed to be doing.

None of day one issues occured. I hardly ate though yesterday.

I kept having to go to pee though all day though. Probably un-related though to the medicine.

5am- glass of water
yogurt
banana

9am- started 1st litre bottle of water

10am- 2 cups of tea
chocolate pound cake

1:30pm- BLAT wrap
choco milk
1 fried egg

6pm- mini pizza
celery stick, cucumber
pomegranate juice

8pm- can of lemon lime soda

9pm- roast chicken
potatoes
salad w/vinegrette
started 2nd bottle of water

11:30pm- choclate pound cake...

Okay so I thought I had everything down and knowing what I was going to do..... yea okay dreamer... lol

I have this long list of pills that I am supposed to take everyday so hay who hasnt been a walking medicine cabinet before....

well then I got to thinking so what do I need to do to get a real AF... should I take this or that or this? who the heck knows...

So, I am still pondering that very question...

should I take soy and evening primrose...

I was diagnosed with PCOS and IR a year ago but after a humiliating experience with the just recently graduated young, male doctor over my facial hair and medicare insurance, I never went back. Tonight I looked at my facial hair and just said enough is enough, something needs to be done about my PCOS, my weight and my general sense of health all together. I'm 5'3, 240, and size 20.
