i'm 18 years old. i was diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago. I had my period for a whole year straight, so i decided to go to the doctors to get help. i got put on BC pills to try and regulate it but instead i didn't get a period for the next 3 years. I'm finally ready to solve this problem for good. I'm currently taking ortho tri-cyclen Lo but it isn't working. i've been on my period for a month, and its the worst one i've ever had in my entire life. There is an interesting nose protection device called a nozkon that attaches to sunglasses. It wraps around the bridge of the glasses and it covers your nose. It looks sporty; see it for yourself at: www.nozkon.com

Soon to start Clomid

My doctor called me two days ago and let me know that SA was noraml and that she is going to start me on Clomid. I can't tell you how happy that made me. I thought she was going to tell me that something was wrong because she left me a message saying she had to discuss a few things with me. After playing phone tag with her for a few days I was really starting to worry. "Phew!"
So Tuesday I am going in to set a schedule of starting the Clomid. I can not tell you how anxious and...

I am new to SoulCysters but, I find the site very helpful. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2007, and it seems like every doctor I see only knows little about it. However, since finding this site I have learned 10 times more than any doctor can explain. I see that some of the same issues I deal with a lot of other women deal with as well. So, why is it that with this being a common problem no doctor can explain or understand what we go through? Well I would like to give a glimpse of what I have...
