When taking metformin, I had stomach upset. It did not matter what I ate. Did anyone experience this?

I am officially starting day 6 of my new way of life and am thrilled to report that I have lost 3lbs already. I even had to cheat a few times over the weekend! I have noticed that i have an overall feeling of wellness at this point. I feel that I have more energy at the end of the day. I have even lost my craving for sweets,which is amazing for me! Yeah healthy foods!!!!
Okay so I was diagnosed 3 days or so ago with Pcos and the treatment plan was a 3 part triangle if you break any part of the triangle you won't see as good of a result or it will be in effective. I am not a big pill taker and I was subscribed fortamet 500 mg. with diet and exercise being the other 2 points in the triangle.
