swam laps for 20 minutes, went running 3 miles with a small walking segment 28:06

food:egg sandwich, 2 big carrot sticks, cup of rice and black beans, small vanilla ice cream with mixed berries

went for a 16.5 mile bike ride stopping at a friends house at the end to go see a movie.. julie and julia was amazing.

wanted to go running when i got home but was too tired..walked with mom instread 2 miles

food: bananna; 2.5 roast beef sandwiches; dates; grapes

lunch time: 1 hour – tread water 45 minutes 1 minute with hands 1 minute without, 15 minutes swimming laps freestyle, breaststoke, and kicks
30 minutes- running 3 miles with a small walking segment 28:49, 40 minutes strength training with 10 minute workouts video butt arms abs and stretching
