How I CURED PCOS
Posted 07-08-2008 at 08:17 PM by adea8
Hello ladies i have been in battle with pcos for 9 years! i recently
decided that im not going to rely on my doctors or medecations. I
have been trying to figure out what i needed to do to regulate my
cycles naturally and i have been doing a lot of researching. I have
also been praying for something to work. At a young age of 22
weighing 150 lbs 5'5, I still had pcos even though i wasnt soo much
overweight. Im going to share with everyone how I got my cycles
regulated. I wish someone would have shared this information with
me.So im returning the favor and trust me i never thought anything
would work but it did!!!!!! this may be some ideas that may help you
under supervision of some sort. **I am not a herbalist, doctor or
anything of that nature so please check with and talk to your
physicians or herbalist if you may want to consider and before use
due to your medical conditions and any other possibilities of danger.
This is just what worked for me in my struggle and i feel the need to
share what about my experience.
false unicorn root tincture--30 drops 1ce a day (femal reproductive
sys)
womens liberty hormone balance tea--1nce a day (regulates hormones)
black cohosh tea--1ce a day (reduces high levels of LH)
black chai tea--1ce a day (the cinnamon reduces blood glucose levels)
detox tea--1ce a day (helps the liver detox the body)
saw aplmetto tea-- 1ce a day (reduces hirtuism and estrogen dominance)
milk thistle tea--1ce a day (improves liver function)
multivitamin- -1ce a day (daily reccomendation)
walnuts--handful 1ce a day (any
omega 3fatty acids are needed daily)
fruit-- 2 or more servings a day (good source of vitamins and fiber)
*buckwheat cereal!-- one bowel a day (buckwheat has d-chiro-insitol,
said to lower insulin levels)
what I did was alternated my teas by using 3 one day and 3 the other.
i used the false unicorn, buckwheat, multivitamin, fruit and walnuts
everyday. I did not exeercise but i did change my bad eating habits.
This routine worked for me and about 3 weeks later aunt-flow was
here. I hope this helps someone as 10% of women struggle with pcos.

| | How do you conduct a regular day with all of what you have to take? I mean I barely remember to eat to take my Fortamet and blood pressure meds. But I sure would love to get off them. The Fortamet makes me haave GI issues and the BP meds make me sleepy and groggy. Sometimes, when I combine them I get sick and it just makes life stink thinking this is your only hope, ya know? |
