Been a bit

I haven't posted in a bit, but I have been moving. I got the Wii Fit, and boy, 6 minutes of hula hooping is a workout! I'm doing 15-20 minutes of various activites a day, and I love it!

Core

I did 15 minutes of core training. Not easy. But so good. I am looking forward to being able to do the 30 minute workouts.

More cardio

Did another 15 minutes of cardio today. The game recommended core building, but I wasn't in the mood. I wasn't in the mood to workout, but both kids were sleeping and how often do I get that anymore? So I grabbed the sport bra and did the workout. Now I'm a sweaty mess, but glad I did it. I just wish there were a 20 minute option, instead of going from 15 to 30.

Flex time

15 minutes of cardio/flexibility training today. 51 calories burned. That's 51 more than I've done most days.

No workout today

Owen woke up Annika from her nap around 12:30. About 40 minutes too early. Yesterday since he didn't nap, I let him work out with me. Today he needed to nap (been up since before 6), but didn't, and in waking Annika he effectively killed my workout time. Ugh. Maybe hubby and I can do some DDR tonight.

PCOS and Clomid...
My doctor has diagnosed me with PCOS and to induce ovulation, I will be starting clomid this week....
