Today was not a good day for me, i was dizzy all day, i felt extremely weak, didnt feel like eating, and i had really bad headaches, also i had a weird pinching feeling near my ovaries, and it hurted me for like an hour..i just feel frustrated!! advice anyone..

I am new here, i have pcos, i was diagnosed like three months ago, and i dont think i know everything i should, i am always tired, dont know why, i told my doctor, but she doesnt have an answer for me... can someone tell me why? also my hair sheds excessively and all of a sudden i have a serious dandruff problem that i didnt have before.. if anyone have any advice for me please dont hesitate to comment....
