This has been the most stressful and the hardest semester of college so far! It has taken a tole on me both emotionally and physically. I have one final exam left...it is tomorrow morning at 8 AM. After that I am going to go to the grocery store and restock with HEALTHY food. My budget is tight because I have to go Christmas shopping soon, but I have got to do something about my eating habits.

I am taking this journey in baby steps. I made my first post to this blog yesterday stating that I was going to hold myself accountable by posting here at least every other day...hopefully everyday. Today I ate how I normally do, but I have kept up with what I have been eating just to give myself an idea of HOW horrible my food choices are.

I honestly can't believe that I am the size I am...I should be bigger, considering the stuff I put into my mouth. It's absolutely ridiculous...but...
