Thin and no cysts, more about my symptoms

I'm new on this forum and not sure if I have PCOS, but I've had a dr. suggest it.
My symptoms:
-No cysts on ovaries (but one is twice the size of the other and I don't know what this means),
-hormones within normal range, no 2:1 LH/FSH, in fact FSH is slightly elevated compared to LH
-irregular periods w/o b/c,
-suppose i ovulate at times,
-glucose and insulin normal though i've never had an ogtt just serum (so does this rule out IR?),
-maybe increase cortisol
-definitely anxiety/depression
-but I do have hirsutism, so the one thing I do know is that i am sensitive to the testosterone i do have.

SO, I don't seem to fit into any of the 5 types of PCOS, but maybe idiopathic hirsutism w/o the increased androgens.

Just trying to find answers to this mess and reach out for support.
