
Ok no more putting it off. I am going to lose weight this year, NO MATTER WHAT.
Since I work two jobs, sleep is a rereity but I can do this. There are about two hours in between my night job and morning job in the am and some at night as well as days I only work one of those jobs. I can fit in some workout time 5 days or more once I find a groove.
