Finally have a plan..

I am nervous but excited to finally try clomid. DH was apprehensive but we have decided we need to try something because no luck ttc this last year. Unfortunately DH will be gone on business in Jan. so Feb we will start provera and then clomid. I wish it was Feb. already i am just hoping the clomid will work but I am so excited to have a plan. Did anyone conceive with their first round of clomid?

    It took 200 mg (4 pills) of Clomid for me to ovulate, but pregnancy was never reached. Injectibles (Pergonal) helped me ovulate as well. Are you seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist?

    I just started going to a new OB/GYN but have not started to see the reproductive endocrinologist. I actually know a lot about reproductive endocrinology since my masters research was in this area and I work ina laboratory that specializes in this type of research. So far I have been fortunate that my OB/GYN appreciates my input but if the clomid fails I am going to ask to see the RE. Thank you for your story. I am trying to gain a lot of information so I can make a hypothesis.

    I'm on my second round of Clomid (soon to be third) and trying to stay hopeful. I know the relief of feeling like there's a plan. Good luck!
