Just finding out I have PCOS

Well....I will start off by telling you a bit about myself. My name is Jennifer, I'm 23 years old and engaged to a wonderful man. I have been pg 4 times, and lost each baby at 6 weeks. We have been TTC for 3 years now but all has ended in miscarriage. Then when I was supposed to get my AF it was a no show. So I waited and waited and still.. nothing. So I went to the drug store and got a test. It came out negative. I was crushed. But then a week after that My AF showed up! out of nowhere? The only difference with this one it instead of it lasting 3 days it lasted 8. And it was only spotting, so I went to see my DR. He ran all the tests to figure out what was going on. But in my heart I already new. PCOS.....I had been looking up on infertility for a while now and somehow i just knew. My test results came back and sure enough thats what it was, I was right. By this time I had already gotten used to the idea of having PCOS. So I was ready to jump on board and get starting with treatment. I have my first DR appoinment October 16th. They are putting me on Clomid. But I was wondering after you get PG on Clomid....How do they keep up your hormone levels so I don't miscarry again? Do I have to take the PIO needle everyday? If anyone can help me with this it would be amazing.
