AF is back today, a week late. I know this blog is really boring, but at least it is letting me track my cycles. This has been a 36 day cycle.

I started vitex yesterday, I hope it works. I am willing to stay on it long term and be patient. Does anyone have a success story with vitex?

hey all..today is going well so far..I did pilates today. I really recommend pilates because it gently tones your whole midsection at once, including the abs, inner thighs, upper back, lower back and butt!
I was whining earlier today about my acne and my belly, but I am trying to get back to being positive.
