I did it! :)

I completed my 1st week of Slim in 6 (Start it up). Tomorrow I do Slim & Limber (maybe the Slim & Six Pack, too) and on Monday I will start Ramp it up.

At first I thought that I would probably have difficulty with Ramp it up as it goes for 40 something minutes and Start it up was just under 25. lol But I really think I can do that. Burn it up is an hour but I'm working up to it.

I feel stronger.

Slim in 6

Wow! I absolutely love this program. I'll be starting my 3rd day tomorrow morning (Thursday). I love how it makes me feel. My arms, legs, back, abs all feel so much stronger and in a little amount of time. I'm so surprised. I'm so glad I followed Kat Carney's advice. Hopefully by my 31st birthday (August) my body will be more of how I'd like it to be. Strong!
