I completed my 1st week of Slim in 6 (Start it up). Tomorrow I do Slim & Limber (maybe the Slim & Six Pack, too) and on Monday I will start Ramp it up.
At first I thought that I would probably have difficulty with Ramp it up as it goes for 40 something minutes and Start it up was just under 25. lol But I really think I can do that. Burn it up is an hour but I'm working up to it.
I feel stronger.
