I'm back for round 2

I guess i am lucky I take 1500 MG XR at night with dinner. I have had no major side effects. Nothing I couldn't handle. I have heard that the extended release don't "hurt" quite as bad. and ALWAYS ALWAYS take on a very full tummy.

confused newbie

I was diagnosed this past may, when I also had to have a coneization done to remove pre cancerous cells. Talk about heart ache, me and hubby have ttc for a year or more and nothing. I didnlt think anything of it. Then I get diagnosed. My life is completly different. Not 10 min go by when I am not saying someone please take this away. It is heartache. I am seeing an RE now and I did my first round of clomid/ while taking metformin. It worked wonderfully. I deff. o'ed now I just have to wait until tuesday to do the pg test. I may even do it at home before the doc. As bad as it always seems thare is always HOPE!! somedays I loose hope, but I have to keep on going, because no matter what I am not going to give up. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.

pick me up

Getting my hair done always does the same for me. Makes me feel a million times better about myself. At least for awhile. Glad you found something to make you smile.

12 things NEVER to say to someone who is ttc

god, whatever happended to just saying im sorry or that sucks, ! im sorry you ladies are hearing this crap.
Ailin, don't listen to that. it's hard enough we tell ourselves things will never happen, but we don't need anyone else adding to that. im not a big positive patty, more of a negative nancy, LOL, but dh is big on 'speaking things into existence' as in think positive. so you keep talking about your baby like they are already on their way, and soon they will be.

yea my sister is problably the most hurtfull person on the face of this earth as i pull out a brand new baby blanket i baught for faith reasons, she asked "whats that" i said my babies blanket and she said "why don't you just give up you will never have children no matter how hard you try." Sad yes but then i found it might happen i have not told her the possibilities.

the self esteem thing is definatley hard for me. and there are times i want to talk and then at other times i dont. if i stay busy and dont think about it then it seems almost normal. but like today i took the day to relax and ended up brooding and thinking to much and in general feeling sorry for myself. i understand the lack of focus part. even though i am currently unemployed at times i feel like i have no focus or ambition for anything

I have, too, recently been diagnosed. After quitting birth control, I had 3 menstrual cycles, and then no more. I am having a hard time focusing on work and everything else for that matter. I seem down a lot and don't want to tell ppl about my issues. I don't want my family to feel sorry for me and ask tons of questions. I feel lost too.

I've been just recently diagnosed as well, after "leaving it up to fate" and being off birth control for a year and a half or more.

Its given my self esteem some hard blows, but the people here are really supportive, and I'm always around if you need to talk or vent. I'm going through alot of the same issues.

Keep your spirits up.

Looking Great!!! Feeling Great!!!! No Side Effects!!!!

ANYTHING has to be better than the medication! I couldn't function. I'd always be late for work and the side effects were SOOOOO not working for me. I had to always give the disclaimer to my boss that perhaps I'd have to work from home. FORTUNATELY I've been blessed with a VERY understanding boss!!!!!!

i just dont get it

hello, it happens to me also. from time to time hair grows on my chin. It's embarrassing cause I sometimes noticed it on the rest room at work and it made me feel self-conscious bec in my mind it was like "was my co-worker staring at me bec he saw the hair on my chin?" plus the legs ---- I am now accustomed to the pain of waxing my legs if i'm lazy to do it then i wear long pants all the time

i feel the same way. it gets worse the older I get. I'm only 22 so I'm really scared how hairy I'll be when I'm 30-40. I may just join the circus!~

Time to Cry (House Update)

Update on the Update:

We decided to up it by the $10,000. The in-laws are going to help us with the difference in mortgage payments until we get the tax credit. That should help quite a bit.

Looks like they REALLY didn't want us to move in. Haha!

Feeling Agravated

Hi,

The hair was never a issue until I went for my hair trial for my wedding. My hair was going to be up so the manly sideburns had to go... I get my sideburns and bottom chin waxed about every 3 weeks... it is painful but it looks much better then when I use to shave...YES.. thanks to high school bullies making fun of the hair I shaved.... and oo boy did i regret it... I had to let the hair grow in order to be waxed, so as the hair grow I would bleach it so it would not be as noticable and then would get it waxed....it works for me and makes me feel better....

And i understand how you feel... I am 23 my husband is 24 and are friends are couples... and all of them have kids... so when we all hang out and all they talk about is there kids this and that and show pics.. I get a little jealous... its natural.... then they make comments like... when r u gonna have kids.. Granted they do not know the situation so I cant not blame them but it does hurt.... And i usually just laugh it off and my response is "when it happens it happens" And that is motto..

My aunt also has PCOS. and she tried for 10 years... yes it is along time... but after she had Nick by INV she had another boy and girl shortly after all natural... so keep positive... and it will work out for the both of us...
