Go to your doctor. Last month I was taking test after test and all Negative. I went into doc to get on Provera to make me start a cycle and he did a PG test and it was positive. Ultrasound showed my baby. Unfortunately I lost the baby 2 days later.
It wouldn't hurt to know for sure, go get checked.

Good luck and baby dust to you!!

Newbie

I have had PCOS since 2004. I know how you feel. I have suffered with weight gain since I was 14 and the mood swings and the tiredness. I have been TTC for 4 years with 4 miscarriages. I feel the same as you, "Why Me???" We must deal with it and try to stay positive...at least thats what I keep telling myself.

New Here

I was diagnosed 5 years ago and still dealing with the horrible symptoms. I have been gaining weight since I was 14 and I can lose some but then gain it all back. I am on Metformin which has bad side effects for me. I have been TTC for 4 years now and have suffered 4 miscarriages. Like the other women have said, I can't fix it for you but we are all here to listen and try to help you, and each other, through this!

Starting out my 30th year with a bang

I am curious as to how the letrozole worked out for you? I am suppose to be starting it next week and I am scared. PCOS has also caused me a more weight gain than I ever could have imagined. Well I wish you the best!

I'm so sorry. You should check out the thread "TTC after a loss Nov/Dec" I'm a member of it and there are a lot of other women who know what you're going through.

Thank you liss...it is extremely hard. This whole process is hard but losing my babies who are so desperately wanted, is absolutely horrible.

Also, I was wondering what you all think of Metformin. It's very hard for me to take because of the side effects. I am going into my doc next week to talk about alternate medications. I have read and heard some people say that you are not supposed to take Metformin if you have difficulty getting pregnant..does anyone know anything about this? And...I have to take Provera to make me have a period, does that mean I ovulate with Provera???
Thanks to all who respond to this!

New and Frustrated

I havent started trying to conceive actively yet. My boyfriend and I went off birth control about two years ago and became concerned when it didnt happen during those 2 years. So we went to the doctor to just ask, and thats how I was diagnosed. But I've been through the miscarriage thing and I know how hard it is to lose something you want so badly. I'm here if you need to talk.

provera

provera always made my nonstop bleeds worse. if it starts up fully again ask about taking an estrogen pill for 7 to 10 days. that stopped it for me. but getting healthy will help the bleeding thing. i took alot of vitamins, supplements, dieting, exercise, etc to get balanced. and now im starting the journey again. good luck

Nice Find.

Just wanted to say thanks for the comment and good luck with the weight loss. Knowing other people are trying to do the same thing definately keeps me a little more motivated.
