| Well I thought I'd start a blog about my trials and tribulations of losing weight, or at least trying to lose weight. I'm on week 4 of my diet and in my first 3 weeks I lost 13 lbs, so I'm very happy. I'm hoping after week 4 I will have lost over a stone (14 lbs). Its tough I'm not finding it easy, but then I dont think there is any other way I can lose weight, I've tried everything and I've never succeeded. I need to lose weight, I have to lose weight, so I have to stick with it.
