Food and a bunch of ramblings.

I believe I am going to need help to see what I can stock up on to eat healthy. I forsee a lot of cabbage celery soup. Actually I should invest in a lot of vegetables so I can eat them for lunch. A lot of eggs for breakfast and get some meats and veggies for dinner.

I'm also going to start work out. I need to find a place where I can walk. Luckily this area is a bit remote. I can walk forever so it's not a problem. I just need a pair of good walking shoes and great music on the iPod....

Starting to lose weight

Today I started to exercise. I did 30 minutes of working out on the wii. I know it maybe not be real working out but it's a start. For a week I'll do this and start playing DDR. Soon I'll be doing wii fit for 30 mins DDR for 30 mins. A walk for 30 mins. Maybe even biking for 30 mins. I'd like to start swimming but with all the raining I'm afraid that's going to have to wait till July or the beginning of fall.
