Eating Plan Days 8 & 9

OK, so I was bad baaaad yesterday, and not only didn't post, but didn't eat (or more importantly, drink!) as I should have. The day went something like:

5am- yogurt drink
1 glass of water

10am- Rice Krispies with milk
1 scrambled egg
milk
mixed fresh fruit juice (pineapple, watermelon, carrot, orange, celery)

12noon- huge amounts of Rice Krispie treat
water

3:30pm- cheese and crackers
1 bottle of water

8pm- pasta with pomodoro sauce
1 glass of water

11:30pm- bottle of water


DAY 9

OK, today will hopefully be better in the water department:

6am- 1/2 glass of water

10am- omelette
milk
fresh squeezed orange juice

12noon- 1 glass of water
Rice Krispie treat

1pm- banana bread
1 glass of water

2:45pm- 1 red apple

4pm- bottle of water

8pm- bacon bagel with cream cheese & onion
glass of water

10pm- bottle of water
