11:30am- oatmeal
3pm- chocolate pound cake
blueberries
yogurt drink
fresh squeezed orange juice
5:30pm- started 2nd bottle of water
glass of milk
7:30pm- chicken w/chili and basil and rice
8pm- egg and cheese bagel
10:15pm- chocolate mint ice cream cone
