Eating Plan Day 17

OK, let's get some better breakfasting going!

5am- finished yesterday's 2nd bottle of water
cherries

10am- Mexican brunch: bacon, eggs, beans w/cheese, avocado, tomato salsa
glass of milk
pomegranate juice

11:30am- oatmeal

3pm- chocolate pound cake
blueberries
yogurt drink
fresh squeezed orange juice

5:30pm- started 2nd bottle of water
glass of milk

7:30pm- chicken w/chili and basil and rice

8pm- egg and cheese bagel

10:15pm- chocolate mint ice cream cone
