Well. That went well. Dr. A was very happy with my weight drop and said that the hair I should start to slowly see get better (YAY). He orderd a thyroid and potassium draw which I have the results from and I came back perfect normal (thyroid at 1.5 and potas. at 4.1)

Now I just need to get myself to the gym a little more. I just purchased a GI diet book as well and am going to start reading that and attmepting to incorporate it into my eating habits. Lets get the other 20 lbs I have...

Well, I have my 3 month follow up appt today with my endocrinologist. I am really unsure as to what I should expect from this appt. I am guessing he is going to order some more bloodwork to see how my IR is doing on the Met I am taking. I have brought my wt log with me (I record my wt once a week, usually sundays) so that should help present my case that the Met is helping slightly on that front. I think I need to take a picture though of my hair to see how that is doing with the Sprio. I haven't...
