| I was diagnosed with PCOS and IR a year ago but after a humiliating experience with the just recently graduated young, male doctor over my facial hair and medicare insurance, I never went back. Tonight I looked at my facial hair and just said enough is enough, something needs to be done about my PCOS, my weight and my general sense of health all together. I'm 5'3, 240, and size 20. I have put on 50 lbs since getting married, and its driving me nuts!
