This is my journey and hopefully I can post every day. There are a few days I wont be able to get to a computer, maybe I can jot on a paper those days and type it after I get back from vacation.

This blog is all about Learning how to eat like thin poeple do, and thus I will return to the natural wieght for my body automaticly. Its all about eating only when Im Hungry, stopping when I'm Satisfied, or Politely full, not stuffed. These guidelines mean stopping with only a few bites sometimes. ITs about eating what my body craves. Sometimes chocolate, sometimes a veg. salad. There a few names to this kind of eating.....

Eating mindfully, or Intuitive Eating. Mainly its all about Listening to my body, and not using food for an emotional outlet. Its a plan for life, a long term thing. Learning how to eat like a naturally thin person does. Its eating to live, not Living to eat!!!

So welcome to my wieght loss blog!! You are welcome to follow my journey to a place where I can hopefully, with God's help, become a naturally thin person!!!!!!!

6 # down!!!!! PCOS is going to be in remission soon!

Yay!!!!!! I totally lost 6 # now, and today is the 3rd day of my diet. 2 days of the hollywood diet and 6 # down. Even though I was hungry alot when I was on it, I knew it was a safe and natural way to lose alot of wieght in a tiny bit of time, and plus fasting is really good for your body. My wieght was 200.4 this morning when I stepped on the scales. I am going to follow the Weigh down, and Thin Within Programs while I am not doing my juice fast days. The main two rules are this

1. You eat only when you are 100% sure you are truly hungry(as in stomach hurts)

2. You only eat a small amount of food, and stop before you are stuffed, when you are comfortable. This means cut food in 1/2, even down to 1/4 of what you used to eat.

All foods are allowed, only in the bounds of true hunger and fullness (politely full)

I have put my PCOS into remission doing these things almost 2 years ago in fall of 2007. My periods came back and I got pregnant. I ate what I wanted almost the whole time (tried to do within hunger and fullness) Did HOllywood diet 2 day juice fasts once a week, and I lost down to 165 or so. I know I can do this, with God's help. Its a matter of choice. Choice is one of the keys that unlocks the door to losing wieght.
We all have the key in our hand all we have to do is use it. I made a choice to eat less food, and do the juice fasts, and because I chose to do these things, I will reap the concequences, wieght loss! I know, it seems so simple its almost ridiculus. But simple things help me to lose wieght. I am going to try to post something for encouragement to others here everyday, and maybe I will encourage myself. We can do this, we can make that Choice!!
