This is my journey and hopefully I can post every day. There are a few days I wont be able to get to a computer, maybe I can jot on a paper those days and type it after I get back from vacation.
This blog is all about Learning how to eat like thin poeple do, and thus I will return to the natural wieght for my body automaticly. Its all about eating only when Im Hungry, stopping when I'm Satisfied, or Politely full, not stuffed. These guidelines mean stopping with only a few bites sometimes. ITs about eating what my body craves. Sometimes chocolate, sometimes a veg. salad. There a few names to this kind of eating.....
Eating mindfully, or Intuitive Eating. Mainly its all about Listening to my body, and not using food for an emotional outlet. Its a plan for life, a long term thing. Learning how to eat like a naturally thin person does. Its eating to live, not Living to eat!!!

I started my fast this morning, but didnt get along so good...The hollywood diet made me sick along with all my normal supplements. This is the last hollywood diet I am going to do right now at this point. I did order 9 boxes of the cookie diet. For me its just eating less food. I havent been perfect, but I am still plugging along and doing better overall. The wieght will come off, just got to keep at it. I am looking forward to the weekly wiegh in on Sunday. I am sure it will be less, but no matter what, I will not stop this new way of eating. Because weight loss is inevitable. It will come off.I am trying to not let the number on the scale bother me so bad, and just keep on keeping on with my new life long eating plan..........

| | Fasting? hollywood diet??? the best thing to do, is to start a healthy diet that can stay with you for the rest of your life. eat smart. I don't know what a cookie diet is, but sounds a little silly. Eat healthy foods, stay away from fast food, cut out sugars, and other high carb foods, nothing deep fried, eat smaller proportions, eat only when hungry, don't eat until you're full. EXERCISE! It's not that hard, just be smart about how you eat. Don't starve yourself or take pills and do a liquid diet, it doesn't last, it's unhealthy, and you will gain the weight back two fold. |

| | YOu see, the cookie diet is not a long term thing. Just to boost my wieght loss a little faster. What is Long Term, however is learning to eat normal foods in a natural way--like intuative eating. Eating a small amount when I am truly hungry, and enjoying what I eat. |
