This is my journey and hopefully I can post every day. There are a few days I wont be able to get to a computer, maybe I can jot on a paper those days and type it after I get back from vacation.
This blog is all about Learning how to eat like thin poeple do, and thus I will return to the natural wieght for my body automaticly. Its all about eating only when Im Hungry, stopping when I'm Satisfied, or Politely full, not stuffed. These guidelines mean stopping with only a few bites sometimes. ITs about eating what my body craves. Sometimes chocolate, sometimes a veg. salad. There a few names to this kind of eating.....
Eating mindfully, or Intuitive Eating. Mainly its all about Listening to my body, and not using food for an emotional outlet. Its a plan for life, a long term thing. Learning how to eat like a naturally thin person does. Its eating to live, not Living to eat!!!

I just about couldnt stand it that the scales basicly hasnt budged. It is around the same. I got several different readings, they were the same, or a tiny bit more than last Sunday. But I have lost around 6 lbs in the first 2 days, so I cant complain. I am just determined not to give up. I can learn a new way of eating for life--Intuitive eating. Its going to take time. Bye for now. I hope things go better on my next weigh in. I am not going to weigh until we purchase another scales because the scales we have isnt 100% accurate, I get 4 different readings within a minute. Plain ridiculus. I plan on getting a balance beam doctors scales.
