This is my journey and hopefully I can post every day. There are a few days I wont be able to get to a computer, maybe I can jot on a paper those days and type it after I get back from vacation.

This blog is all about Learning how to eat like thin poeple do, and thus I will return to the natural wieght for my body automaticly. Its all about eating only when Im Hungry, stopping when I'm Satisfied, or Politely full, not stuffed. These guidelines mean stopping with only a few bites sometimes. ITs about eating what my body craves. Sometimes chocolate, sometimes a veg. salad. There a few names to this kind of eating.....

Eating mindfully, or Intuitive Eating. Mainly its all about Listening to my body, and not using food for an emotional outlet. Its a plan for life, a long term thing. Learning how to eat like a naturally thin person does. Its eating to live, not Living to eat!!!

So welcome to my wieght loss blog!! You are welcome to follow my journey to a place where I can hopefully, with God's help, become a naturally thin person!!!!!!!

I am still going, I have added some new things to my diet and exercise plan, EFT and Exercising every single day until the middle of June, and then re-evaluate. I got AF out of the blue, a day or so after I started exercising. EFT is an Emotional Freedom Technique..I am hoping it will help me address some emotional problems with my wieght....http://www.emofree.com/addictions/weightlossseries.htm

Even, though I have a bingeing and overeating problem, I completly accept and love myself.

I choose to exercise for a beautiful body, that feels incredible and is healthy too.

Even though I may be tempted to skip exercise, I completley accept and love myself.

Those are my affirmations for today. You are supposed to use affirmations while tapping on acupressure points on your face, head, and chest wall. They say it works.
