This is my journey and hopefully I can post every day. There are a few days I wont be able to get to a computer, maybe I can jot on a paper those days and type it after I get back from vacation.
This blog is all about Learning how to eat like thin poeple do, and thus I will return to the natural wieght for my body automaticly. Its all about eating only when Im Hungry, stopping when I'm Satisfied, or Politely full, not stuffed. These guidelines mean stopping with only a few bites sometimes. ITs about eating what my body craves. Sometimes chocolate, sometimes a veg. salad. There a few names to this kind of eating.....
Eating mindfully, or Intuitive Eating. Mainly its all about Listening to my body, and not using food for an emotional outlet. Its a plan for life, a long term thing. Learning how to eat like a naturally thin person does. Its eating to live, not Living to eat!!!

Starting over with Dietican help this time

Well, I have been going to a dietican to help me lose wieght. It is helping. I gained back up to 207, and I lost down to around 199.4I would like to be around 195 the next time I go to the dietcan which is next Tuesday. I am really trying hard right now to stay focused. I need to get my Bible out and read it, and pray to help me keep my mind off of food ect.
My diectan helped me to make these goals
1. Exercise at least 5 minutes every day
2. Eat within 1 hour of waking up.
3.Eat slowly
4. Eat only sitting down at kitchen table
Com'n Amanda do not give up. YOU CAN DO THIS WITH GOD'S HELP! I was soo discouraged because I have lost and gained the same lbs so many times.
My main mini goal right now is to get to 186 because that would be around 10% weight loss. I just want to ovulate sooo bad, and I know wieght loss is going to help that, it has in the past!

| | actually I dont go to the dietican until Sept 22nd which would be a week from Tuesday. And the 199.4 is around what I was at the dietican, not necessarily what I weigh on my personal scales. She weighed me on Sept 8 |
