This is my journey and hopefully I can post every day. There are a few days I wont be able to get to a computer, maybe I can jot on a paper those days and type it after I get back from vacation.

This blog is all about Learning how to eat like thin poeple do, and thus I will return to the natural wieght for my body automaticly. Its all about eating only when Im Hungry, stopping when I'm Satisfied, or Politely full, not stuffed. These guidelines mean stopping with only a few bites sometimes. ITs about eating what my body craves. Sometimes chocolate, sometimes a veg. salad. There a few names to this kind of eating.....

Eating mindfully, or Intuitive Eating. Mainly its all about Listening to my body, and not using food for an emotional outlet. Its a plan for life, a long term thing. Learning how to eat like a naturally thin person does. Its eating to live, not Living to eat!!!

So welcome to my wieght loss blog!! You are welcome to follow my journey to a place where I can hopefully, with God's help, become a naturally thin person!!!!!!!

Hard work pays off

Well I stepped on the scales this morning... I was 197.8 whoo hoo!!!!!!! Yay !!!!!!!!!! My goal for this next 8 days is to lose 3 lbs and get down to 194.8

My goal is 5 min per day. It sounds really ridiculus, but I am going to work up from there. Even tho that is my goal, I did work out 30 minutes 3x recently and 20 min 1x.

Cardio at the gym I do some, on the machine. Walking is another thing I do.
