PCOS and eptopic pregnancy resulting in tube removal... Is there still hope?

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago. I wasn't really ttc until recently so I never really thought having PCOS was a big deal. Now that I am ttc I wonder if it will happen for me and how long it will take. It feels like all I see is negatives with my situation. I had an eptopic pregnancy in 2003 which resulted in me having to have one of my tubes removed. So on top of having PCOS I also only have one tube and a whole lot of odds telling me that my chances of conceiving are slim and then chances...
