So I haven't totally fallen off the face of the earth. But it is an election year so my life is crazy right now and what a crazy year its been the petitioning process to get on the ballot for non presidential races hasn't even ended and so much moving around in whose running and not that my life and job have been continually changeing good news is I've lost over 20 pounds and still losing of course right now I have a lot of decisions to make ill right back later
