I am still taking cinn and saw-p. I am not sure which has helped me more? My mood seems better, but I thought that the saw-p has helped with the bleeding, but maybe its the cinn. When I forget to take the cinn I spot....so I am not sure which one is helping but one is and that's all that matters...
