5 weeks!!!

i got my BFP!! and i thought when i did id be the happiest girl alive, but now im just scared as hell!
I'm 5 weeks and every day i get more worried something is gonna happen!
I try not to worry but its so hard!
I cant wait for the first 12 weeks to go so i can start enjoying being pregnant!!
My tummy is so bloated that my jeans no longer fit, i thought i was gonna be able to wear em a wee bit longer but nope! lol x
Ok off now as DD is due home and she will want my full attention xxx
