I have been trying clomid for 3 months now and I'm really confused about my results. The 50 mg dosage did not work so we increased it to 100 mg. My RE saw me 3 days after I finished it (on CD 12) and did an ultrasound and labwork. He thought he saw a corpus luteum and fluid around my ovary (meaning ovulation) and the prog level was 4.9 so he said I had already ovulated. My temp never changed at all... Hi girls,
I am disappointed to find out that clomid didn't work for me after 5 attempts (no O), so my RE suggested ovarian drilling. He says about 75% of women get pregnant within a year of doing the surgery. I'm scared to death to think about going in for surgery and would like to hear anyone else's experiences with this.
