this saturday, i am going to do a phone interview, with a writer for PCOS magazine (yes its real lol, PCOSmagazine.com). My story, life pre-dx, what I went through and what not, and life now there will be a picture of moi too. im excited. im all about getting the word out there about PCOS. who knows who may read it.
Recently was in the ER for pain on my left side, nasuea, and dizzyness, I was there 8 1/2 hours, the pain was so bad they gave me Morphine... Had to do a CAT Scan, I drank so much of that contrast I and it made me feel even more sick. It was so terrible.... ended up having a cyst on my left ovary that was 1 inch, by 1/2 inches... since I have no insurance that was the first time I had gotten visual proof my PCOS, doctors just diagnosed me before.. I couldnt afford an ultra sound and what not......
who knows who may read it.
