Stressed

Recently was in the ER for pain on my left side, nasuea, and dizzyness, I was there 8 1/2 hours, the pain was so bad they gave me Morphine... Had to do a CAT Scan, I drank so much of that contrast I and it made me feel even more sick. It was so terrible.... ended up having a cyst on my left ovary that was 1 inch, by 1/2 inches... since I have no insurance that was the first time I had gotten visual proof my PCOS, doctors just diagnosed me before.. I couldnt afford an ultra sound and what not... So i wasnt really believing it... I do now and its so depressing... I cant afford metformin plus it makes me feel worse... none of that one week of symptoms I had 1 month of symptoms and stopped taking it. Now I am taking Casteberry, Cinnomin tabs, folic acid ect. all seems to be helping when I remember to take them, or even feel like it...
I just feel so defeated that I just dont have the will to do much of anything, has anyone else felt like that? I know I should be taking some kind of medication... I did change my diet, and I use my WII Fit pretty often (I love that thing haha) and take the pooch for walks, but thats just because I dont want to end up having a heart attack.
My family really doesnt get it, they UNDERSTAND PCOS, but they cant fully grasp the way I feel.... I've been struggeling with chronic depression since I was 12 and thought I was doing better.... then this happend...
I have a friend with PCOS who has had 3 kids post diagnosis, who takes the same meds I do, but hers isnt nearly as bad as mine its nice to talk to her, but at the same time.... im jealous because she's had an easier fight... Im tired of having to fight for my health... im just tired.
