Right at about 15dpo I started cramping. I had already gotten my BFP at 14dpo so it was a bit scary. But being the freak I am, I did my research and knew that most women had some cramping during early pregnancy, if not their whole first trimester!

I remained positive and prayed so hard everyday, many times a day that God let us keep our blessing safe and healthy and in my belly to bake for the entire 40 week duration.

From about 5 weeks to 9 weeks, I dealt with morning...

cd1 - December 31, 2008. Horrible painful and heavy period. I stayed home!

We decided this month to only have sex when we felt like it, when we did we did, when we didn't we didn't.

cd18, cd19, cd20 - Intercourse

cd 21 - I was laying on the couch reading and Melvin was playing video games. I laid there and felt myself ovulate for about 2 hours. I had a constant ache in my ovaries and after 2 hours it completely went away. I knew 100% I had just ovulated....

This is just about the most overdue blog post I have ever written!

On February 3rd I was blessed with the first positive home pregnancy test in my life. I was 14dpo and although I knew there was a chance I could be pregnant, I was tired of getting excited, just to let myself down again. A few days before, I decided that if I didn't get my period in the evening of 14dpo, I would test. I usually get my periods in the morning.

Well, 14dpo came and no sign of AF. Evening...

Not sure why, but this 3 day weekend just isn't doing it for me. Sure it's nice to not have to go to work for these three days, but at the same time I have a grey cloud of depression over me, and for no apparent reason. Sometimes I wonder, do I expect too much out of life? Is life supposed to be a non stop thrill ride... and I'm one of the ones missing out on it? Is life supposed to be exciting and emotional yet it's just not happening?

Maybe I rely too much on others creating fun...
