So I hurt my knee on Tuesday night, I sat on the floor and it felt like it slipped out from under me. Stayed home from work and today woke up in extreme pain. Could hardly walk and could not bend it or put it straight without hurting.
Went to urgent care, my insurance denied it and sent me to my doctor...luckily they got me in within 30 minutes.
Its sprained and pulled ligament, doc gave me vicodin and some other stuff, told me to get a brace and I was on bed rest for 5...
Why is everything so expensive! It makes me crazy when you can blow $100 at the grocery store and end up with practically nothing.
Gas, ok thats nothing I can change....but what the heck is with the other stuff.
I honestly have no clue how people live. Actually, wait I kind of do. A coworker of mine lives on her credit cards and pays $1000 bills at a time. WOW.
I'd love to have a credit card as a backup plan, but I know I cannot manage $ and it will backfire....
I'm so busy I haven't been able to blog....work is just chaos. Today I had a horrible headache over my right eye.
We're closing our books and so everyone and their dog are calling to try and get as much $ as they can for things they never claimed before or forgot to claim, etc.
The girls at work are just horrible, one girl who does a part of our work is out until further notice and I'm on vacation for 5 days starting tomorrow at 5pm!
There's always a discussion about the cost of raising a child. I thought it would be interesting to have an ongoing study of the cost to make a baby for an infertile woman.
This will be my personal study until I get pregnant. I have Blueshield health insurance, so the cost of medication and doctor's visits reflect my coverage. There is no cost, yet, for any tests I've had done including ultrasounds and bloodwork.
OPK/HPTs: $41.00
Doctor Visits: $180.00
