All of these medications are making me crazy. I'm already a pessimistic, depressive person by nature. Now I add to the mix the pressures and emotional extremes of trying to get pregnant plus drugs that affect my already fragile moods. I'm a mess right now. Ugh! You know it's bad when you can't even stand yourself. Who knows how my husband and son are feeling at this point!
Our first round of fertility treatments has failed. Cycle one is a bust. I went in Wednesday to have my mid-cycle ultrasound and found that no follicles were even close to large enough to indicate ovulation. The largest was at 11mm and in order to induce ovulation with an hCG shot I need to have one measuring at least 18mm.
