Trying to lose weight

Well im trying to lose weight and i just feel that i cant. i keep eating. i eat when im sad or depressed. I just wish i could just be motivated to lose weight. i lost 22 pounds. but i havent been sticking to my low carb diet. i havent been taking my met regularly. I feel like crud

| | I know how you feel. I was just diagnosised w/ PCOS and am trying to exercise and eat right but it is hard to do that when your husband is eating junk all the time and don't gain a pound! Don't give up! Take it one day at a time! 22 pounds...WOW!!!! what an accomplishment! |

The last big motivation for me was having my boyfriend tell me that he often thinks about what kind of father he will be. I just had to tell myself sticking the burgers in my face is like holding that away from him.. it got me back on track for real. |

| | Mona, I've been where you are. It was right before I joined Weight Watchers with my mother. Honestly, I had given up and didn't have any motivation whatsoever. After I started seeing results though, I totally got motivated. You say you don't have the motivation, but unfortunately, nobody can give that to you but yourself. I hope you find it honey, because when you do you'll succeed. Just remember, you cannot be a failure if you keep trying. It's when you give up that you fail. |
