Excited to Get Started

So...
My Dr's appointment was yesterday. She decided against the Metformin and gave me a perscription for prometrium, clomid, and prenatal vitamins. So now, I take the prometrium for ten days, to induce a period since I haven't had one in a few months. Then in 3 or so days I'll get AF. On my 5th - 9th cycle day I take clomid, then sometime 5-10 days after I finish the clomid I will, theoretically ovulate. I am very hopeful. I think this will work! But I know it doesn't work for a lot of people, so I need to be realistic, also, I guess.
I can't wait to start the clomid though. It finally feels real, like we are really trying to have children. It didn't feel real before, since I kind of knew it wasn't going to happen.

 |  I know that feeling. I am finishing up my first round of clomid tonight. Then I have adr's appt on Friday to see where we are at. It does feel very real. Like in a few months everything could be different. Its a great feeling. I just try and not get to excited because there is that possibility that it will not work. but I can relate to your feeling! |
