Well, I had to make the call to my surgeon to tell him that I had a m/c. He reset my consult with him for Sept 25th. At that time, we'll schedule some of the pre-op appts and tests, and as long as I pass them, I'll then get a surgery date. We're still waiting on my insurance to approve it. I have to re-submit it since my surgeon cancelled it when I was pg. I'm really hoping to have the surgery before Christmas.

I also have a surgery date for my oral surgery. Oct 23rd. Can you believe...

I just got back from the ER. I had horrible cramping and a gush of red blood followed by continuous bleeding. They did a u/s and I lost the baby. No hb and all we could see was the sac. Nothing else. We are very sad right now. We've decided that we are not going to ttc anymore. We are going to focus on the 2 kids we have and maybe save up for adoption in a few years. Within 2 or so we hope. I have to heal from this before we do anything. I need to start the process again for my oral surgery as well...

Well, shock of all shocks, I am finally pg again. Here's the kicker. I got pg while we were on a break. I have no idea when I O'd bc I wasnt watching for it, and we only dtd TWICE!! I found out on Friday, and the only reason my PCP even tested me is bc af was 7 days late and she wanted to be sure I wasnt pg before she started me on new meds. Imagine my shock when she came in and said "Guess what??" I almost fell over!!!! DH and I are very happy but also being cautious. I have suffered...

My surgeon's office just called and set my consult date for July 17th. I havent even gotten my first packet of papers yet!!! But they said I should have them this week, and to fill them out and send them back. They said they will send out the papers that my PCP has to fill out and when thats done I can just bring them back with me. They said most likely I will have to do a 6 month medically supervised diet. At first I was bummed, but then they said I will still have to do all kinds of testing and...

Honestly, I don't know how I feel about that. I mean, I know it's not OLD (although it feels that way) but it's a turning point. From here on out I'm now expected to be more mature and grown up. The stupid crap you can get away with in your 20's are no longer allowed or tolerated in your 30's. OMG I'm in my 30's now!!!!!!!! I really don't feel like celebrating, to be honest. Hopefully everything will go smoothly with the lapband surgery and then maybe this time next year I'll look and feel AWESOME...
