Full Circle

Well, life has completely changed for me as I finally get back in touch with my fellow PCOSers. I moved to the Windy City for school and got a Paraguard (the copper IUD) inserted on Friday. I don't have any kids or previous pregnancies and I must say it really didn't hurt more than a strong cramp and last an inth of the time. I seemed to have a cycle and well now I am dealing with a small bit of spotting. I am very excited about it overall. Oh, I got married in August blah blah blah. I got a new doctor and I told him I was PCOS and he wanted to do blood work Of course it confirmed I was PCOS and I am going to get an ultrasound to see how my ovaries look. After the ultrasound we are going to figure out what to do med wise because he says the met amount of 500mg/day doesn't really do much so that is where I am at.
