Don't miss the train

Well, another week on met and I am still dropping weight despite not trying in the least. I have been on WW for awhile and totally started to slack when my 200lb hover arrived. Now I am not even working out and the lbs are dropping. It pisses me off a little so yesterday, I got off my arse and started my strength training again. I didn't move up on my weights because I haven't lifted since my mom visited around the 4th of July so I figured it was best to start slow. I must admit I am a bit disappointed with my strength training program because my leg muscles are so developed and my upper body strength leaves something to be desired. I will definitely use the heavier weights tomorrow, so I am actually do something aside from wasting time. Hope all is well with everyone.
