I went to my doc today for a progesterone test. My level is over 20! The first few weeks of pregnancy, the level should be over 10. Things are looking promising! I'm trying very hard to not get my hopes up. There is such a fine line between thinking positively and setting ourselves up for disappointment.

I am a school librarian, and two teachers decided to ask me when I was having children. HELLO! First, it's not their business. Second, you just never know! I know their intentions are good. They just want me to have a baby. I know if I told them about our struggle, they would feel horrible and would be very supportive. But, it's such a private issue. Oh well! Friday we underwent our first IUI. I was very nervous! I knew the actual procedure wouldn't hurt, but I knew it would change my life forever, regardless if successful or not. I had three fully developed follicles and one that was only partially developed. My doctor assured me that was a good number. I go in Wednesday for a progesterone level test and then the 14th for a pregnancy test.
