I am so proud of myself, and tooting my own horn! I did a 3 mile brisk workout walk today with my SIL today (all 3 miles in about 36 minutes). One reason I am proud is that I weigh 297.4 lbs and my SIL is only 150... Excited we both got sweating and got good exercise today! Yay me!
