Fatigue!!

So, I started this no red meat diet. All I eat is poultry, lamb, and seafood. Soy this and that, whole wheat everything.. and yet I still feel fatigued! It's been 2 1/2 weeks since I've changed my eating habits. I am really trying for a baby.


What the crap? What else? Maybe vitamins? Can't see a doc.. too expensive. I do exercise about 30-40 mins. Jogg-walking..lol.. (Hey, it's something)..lol.. I do it at least 3-4 times a week. Plus I have dance practise 2X's a week. So thats...

Hubby and I have bought our very first house! We closed on the day after Thanksgiving and have been getting settled in since then. There are still boxes everywhere, but everything will find its space in time. It's overwhelming to look in the dining room and only see tiny paths to the kitchen and bathroom because every other part of the floor is covered in boxes!

Before the closing, we decided to get ourselves an early housewarming/Christmas gift and bought a Wii and the Wii Fit...

Morning:
A couple yoga stretches.
scrambled egg (1), toasted whole wheat pita + butter. I dont like cereal and really want to try eating vegetables for breakfast in the future. Especially dark leafy stuff like Kale - I just needed to have more food in my fridge!
ACV + water, fish oil, glucobalance (1), herbal tea.

Resolution: Doing it Naturally

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if anyone will read this but just the idea of doing a daily blog/food diary will hopefully keep me motivated and honest with myself. And any feedback will be much appreciated.

About me: I am 31, 5'6 and about 130 pounds. I have regular periods, especially since getting acupuncture last year. My main symptoms that I want to overcome are the belly fat and the acne. I'd like to lose 5 pounds but as part of a healthy lifestyle.
