Apples exercise too

Ugh! I have been walking 3 miles (takes about 50 min) for a couple weeks now and my legs hurt like ****! The pain subsides after about an hour when I am done walking, but it is so annoying. I would go faster if it were not for my legs and I would be able to burn more calories.

I am an apple shaped girl and I think this is the problem. I carry all my weight on top so my legs have quite a load to bear. I hope this pain goes away soon.

Doin good on the food though-eating...

Beginning the slimtastic journey

So I just started walking about a week and a half ago. I have been walking 3 miles for an hour once a day and I have missed 2-3 days or so. One of the days it was raining so I will let myself off the hook.

I am now 263lbs. I am also mortified. I am a 2x-3x and a size 24 in pants. My body is shaped like an apple, with the most weight concentrated around my middle, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find pants because the legs are always HUGE, while the waist fits. Not to mention the fact...
