Well ive been ill with the flu, having the flu and not being able to eat properly brought me down to 13st 6!!!!!!!
but unfortunatelly after eating normally ive gone back to what i was very frustrating.
And my cravings have gone through the roof, so i think im going to have to change tact. More exercise less restriction on diet. We will see how it goes.

Well sorry to be gross but the swelling under my arm has burst, yuk. altho now less painful.

And i have lost 2 pounds hurrah! but this was without exercise so im going to get that on the go this week.

Well its going ok, ive only been bad once and thats because it was my birthday, My boss bought me a cake so I had one slice.

I have discovered Salt and Vinegar rice cakes, they are amazin, very tasty.

One of the Hydradentis Supurritiva swellings has been a pain over the past few days very painful, so stopping me from starting the exercise part of the new health plan!!! grrr

Just had a my 'last meal' so to speak before my diet begins! A big 'ol plate o chips with my boyfriend. I have to say im feeling uncomfortably stuffed! but what the hey it will be the last one for a while. But im feelin positive about it all, hmm must get that gym induction done...

As of a few days ago I am free of dianette! Woo Hoo!
After being on it for 9 months i was getting depressed and headaches(which i NEVER got before)
My Boyfriend has been a godsend and has helped me through it all. Picking me up when i was down. He means more to me than anything else. We plan to start a family and i want so much to be able to give that to him. So now starts the diet, begins on Tuesday 20th January.
