I wasn't diagnosed until 2004, I had ovarian wedge removal to help regulate everything which it did I lost 30 lbs, and got periods but no bfp Nov 2007 I went to RE who put me on clomid for 6 months 50mg up to 150mg, I DID ovulate fro it pretty well 5 out of the 6 months, Then moved to femara w/ hCg Trigger and IUI ,April was the 1st one , again NO bfp.
